ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. LAWRENCIA BRIDAL COUTURE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your items purchased are for personal use only and cannot be used for a commercial purpose.

LIABILITY

LAWRENCIA BRIDAL COUTURE and other third parties associated with running this website are not liable to the maximum extent permitted by law to you or anyone else for any loss of income, profit, contract, goodwill or financial loss or damage without limitation suffered because of negligence or otherwise arisen in connection with the use of this website or the products sold on it.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible to submit the payment directly to customs if needed, as the price is not included in your order total payable to us.
For purchases within the United States, you will be charged in USD. For all other countries you will be charged in USD. The prices listed on the website are an approximation and the actual exchange rate charged on your credit or debit card are set by your bank or card provider.

PAYMENT METHODS

Our payment gateway currently accepts all major credit cards as well as several digital wallet payment options, which you will select at checkout. Our shop proudly offers Shopify Installments as a payment option to spread your payment over 4 installments; however, this option is only available for orders under $3,000 total. All orders totaling over $3,000 must be paid in full at the time of submitting the order.

SHIPPING

US deliveries will take 3-5 business days from the dispatch date.  Europe and International delivery times will vary based on final destination & selection of shipping type at checkout (approximate shipping time of 7-10 business days; however, actual shipping time may be shorter or longer depending on final destination).   WE ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING A PROMOTION FOR FREE SHIPPING ON ALL US ORDERS via USPS Priority Mail. International Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout based on your courier preference.  We currently use USPS & DHL delivery services, if there are known delays with these services, we may change couriers to accommodate.   All of our deliveries are fully tracked, and you will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.  You will receive an email within 48 hours of your purchase date with information on the order completion date. YOUR ORDER WILL THEN SHIP ONCE PRODUCTION IS COMPLETE (please refer to each item's product details for production times). You can select your shipping choice at checkout.

DELIVERY

The delivery times provided by this website are estimates only. LAWRENCIA BRIDAL COUTURE will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.  All international orders constitute Products from our site for delivery outside of the US. These orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.  Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

RETURNS POLICY

All Lawrencia Bridal Couture products are made to order with the best quality couture craftsmanship.  We therefore WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS; however, in the event of a manufacturing default or if your item gets damaged in transit, we will allow for an exchange for another item in our shop of equal or greater value.  We will provide the shipping label for you to return the damaged item, and we will ship out your replacement once the original order is received (if selecting exchange of greater value, the balance must be paid before the new item ships).
